The JG Score application is a sports community service platform product provided by WHALESPORTS MEDIA PTE.LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "WHALESPORTS") for fans to communicate and interact. Mobile phone numbers are sensitive information, and collecting such information is to meet the network real-name system requirements of relevant laws and regulations. If you do not provide this type of information, you may not be able to use our services normally. You can also choose to fill in information such as gender and region according to your own needs.

1.2 When you apply to become a contracted author of our company and the posts you publish generate income, our company will share the income with you and make withdrawal payments according to the author's needs.We will collect your name, ID number or other legal identification document number, bank card type and number, validity period, and bank-reserved mobile phone number; to ensure transaction compliance and user convenience, we will also collect your relevant transaction orders and payment records for your query. The above information is sensitive information. Refusing to provide this information will only prevent you from using the withdrawal function, but will not affect your normal use of other functions of JG Score.

1.3 When you use the interoperability functions of this product with other software or hardware, the providers of other software or hardware may obtain relevant information that you actively disclose or transmit in this product after obtaining your consent. You should fully understand the product functions and information protection strategies of other software or hardware before making a choice.

1.4 When you use the personal settings function of JG Score, the name, avatar, gender, region, profile, cover, certification information you set, the pictures, text, geographic location, links you publish, and comments, interactions, message notifications related to you will be collected. You can change your personal account's name, avatar, gender, profile and other information, and delete your posts and pictures.Geographic location information is sensitive information. You can choose to agree or withdraw authorization for geographic location information in your mobile phone's operating system. Not agreeing or withdrawing authorization may prevent the use of location-related functions, but will not affect your use of other functions. Unless you choose to do so independently or in compliance with relevant laws and regulations, we will not disclose the above information externally.

1.5 When you use the posting function, to meet the network real-name system requirements of relevant laws and regulations, you need to undergo real-name authentication. Please refer to the provisions of section 1.1 for the specific materials required for real-name authentication.

1.6 When you use the image upload function, such as uploading an avatar independently, or attaching pictures or videos in a post, we need to access your album or camera shooting function to enable the photo upload function and selecting photos and videos from the album to upload, as collection is necessary to achieve these functions.

1.7 When you use the image download and video cache function, you can choose whether to authorize us to access your phone's storage permissions to reduce your memory and image cache time. Refusing access to storage permissions will only prevent you from using the image download and cache functions, but will not affect your normal use of other functions of JG Score.

1.8 According to relevant laws, regulations, and national standards, in the following situations, we may collect and use your relevant personal information without seeking your authorization and consent:

Transaction information: Refers to our analysis of transaction data information formed on JG Score and the formation of a user credit database.

For example, we may use the information we collect when you use a certain function or service in another function or service to provide you with specific content, to provide information security prompts for content you have read, etc.

To ensure the security of the service and help us better understand the operation of our application, we may record relevant information, such as the frequency of your use of the application, crash data, overall usage, performance data, and the source of the application. We will not combine the information we store in analytics software with any personally identifiable information you provide in the application.

4.3 Clipboard-based extension function:

When you copy text information (such as SMS verification codes, chat content, etc.), share or receive shared information, your clipboard function may be called to achieve the above functions. Clipboard information will only be processed on your device, and we will not store your clipboard information for any other purpose.

Some mobile device systems will prompt that the application (App) is reading the clipboard, but this system prompt cannot distinguish whether it is local processing or uploading, and due to differences in statistical methods, false positives cannot be ruled out. 4.4 We will obtain the system's software installation list through the JG Score application. This function will be used to launch other applications. For example, launch WeChat to allow users to add our WeChat customer service account more quickly and help users solve problems.

5.1 To enhance your user experience, such as for function optimization, we need to share anonymized or de-identified information with third-party partners, etc., requiring them to strictly comply with our measures and requirements for data privacy protection, including but not limited to processing according to data protection agreements, commitment letters, and related data processing policies, to avoid identifying personal identity and ensure privacy security.

5.1.11 We use Tencent Browsing Service SDK (TBS, Tencent Browser, Tencent X5 Browser) to improve web page loading speed and decode and play video services. 7. Minor Clause

7.1 We attach great importance to the protection of minors' personal information. According to the provisions of relevant laws and regulations, if you are a minor under the age of 18, you should read and agree to this Privacy Policy under the guidance and supervision of your parents or other guardians before using "JG Score" and related services.

7.2 We protect minors' personal information in accordance with relevant national laws and regulations. 8. Partner Services

JG Score has integrated some Google plug-ins to improve your user experience and service quality. The plug-ins include:

8.1 Google Pay: When you use the recharge service, you can only complete the payment through Google Pay. During this period, we will share your personal information with Google Pay, including but not limited to account name, avatar, and red coin balance.

8.2 Google+ Login: When you need to register a JG Score account, you can use a Google account to register. During this period, we will share your personal information with Google+, including but not limited to Google account, JG Score account, and bound mobile phone number.

8.3 Firebase: When you use the push service of our product, such plug-ins are used by default. During this period, we will share your device information with Firebase, including but not limited to device model, IP address, unique device identifier, and operating system.

8.4: The services accessed are operated by the relevant access providers. Your use of the social media services or other services of the access provider (including any information you provide) is subject to the access provider's terms of service and information protection statement (not this policy), and you need to read their terms carefully. This policy only applies to the personal information we collect and does not apply to any services provided by third parties or the information usage rules of third parties.
