When consumers are dissatisfied with the payment or other related service quality provided by the business operator, or are dissatisfied with the handling of the business operator according to management rules, they may contact online customer service at the business operator's service center within seven days after receiving the notice, or file an appeal by email or in writing. The business operator will reply to the handling result within fourteen days (up to fifteen days) after receiving the appeal.
